All conference accommodation is located within the Amadria Park complex, adjacent to or just a short walk from the Convention Centre Šibenik. The three properties offer a range of price points to suit all budgets, ensuring every delegate can find comfortable and convenient lodging within the same resort setting.
The main conference hotel is Hotel Ivan, directly linked to the conference center with a limited number of rooms also available at Hotel Niko or in mobile homes.
The complex is accessible, featuring step-free entrances, elevators, and accessible guest rooms designed for comfort and ease of mobility.

Hotel Ivan ****
Hotel Ivan is the main conference hotel and the social hub of the BCI Meeting, directly connected to the Convention Centre Šibenik.

Mobile Homes
Mobile Homes offer a comfortable and private stay surrounded by nature, ideal for families, small groups, or friends sharing accommodations. Located within a 10-minute walk of the Convention Centre Šibenik, they are the most budget-friendly option for attendees.
Each 32 m² unit (type 4+2) features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with twin beds—a cozy living area with a kitchenette and sofa, two bathrooms with showers, and modern amenities including heating, air conditioning, and satellite TV. Guests can relax on a private terrace furnished with an outdoor table and chairs.
A limited number of mobile homes are available, starting at €221 per night.
